Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Systems Not Staff ("we," "us," or "our") operates systemsnotstaff.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and booking details — your name, email address, phone number, and business information when you book a call or audit, email us, or fill out a form.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by third-party providers through our booking platform. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
  • Marketing sign-ups — your email address when you opt in to receive marketing or educational content from us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data.
  • Cookies and pixels — small files and tracking snippets set by us and by the advertising and analytics partners described below.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google, and we use their tracking technologies — such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags — to measure ad performance, build audiences, and show you relevant ads (including retargeting ads after you visit the Site). These partners may collect information about your visit and combine it with data they hold about you under their own privacy policies:

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising generally at aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Email marketing

If you give us your email address, we may send you marketing and educational emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not transactional messages about an active engagement (booking confirmations, project updates, invoices). We use a third-party email service provider to send and manage these emails on our behalf.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services.
  • To schedule and deliver audits, builds, and consulting engagements.
  • To process payments and send transactional communications.
  • To send marketing emails you have opted in to receive.
  • To measure and improve our advertising campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers — booking, scheduling, payment, email, hosting, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf.
  • Advertising partners — Meta and Google, as described above. In some jurisdictions this ad-related disclosure may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out by contacting us or using the tools linked above.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if we merge, sell, or transfer the business, your information may transfer with it.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, for the duration of an engagement plus a reasonable period for legal, accounting, and record-keeping purposes — and then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at rich@richux.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Our Site and service providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
